Introduction and Mission

Periodontists are dentists that specialize in treating gum disease and regenerating lost gum tissue and bone.  Periodontics is recognized by the American Dental Association as a dental specialty, and its residencies are accredited by the joint ADA/U.S. Department of Education Commission on Dental Accreditation.

Our mission is to eliminate destructive gum disease from our patients. Gum disease is the leading reason adults lose their teeth. Our goal is to give our patients a healthy, functional, esthetic and comfortable mouth.  We want our patients to keep their NATURAL teeth. And, we want to teach you how to keep your mouth healthy.

Our practice is deliberately kept small and personable.  When Dr. Boden accepts you as a patient, you can be sure you will be made to feel like a member of our dental family.  We work together with your dentist, physician, and other dental specialists as needed in a partnership to provide you with the best possible care.

You are invited to join us by referral from your general dentist, another dental specialist, or your physician.  We are especially pleased to welcome you by referral from one of our patients.  We may also accept you if you contact us directly. We welcome new patients to our practice. For seasonal residents, we specialize in coordinating care with your northern dentist or periodontist.
